Property Rules: 1. The entire property is non-smoking, including common areas, individual units, and balconies. Smoking in the property may result in a fine. 2. Pets are not permitted within the condo, on the balcony, and/or anywhere on resort property. 3. You as the guest agree not to place any linens outside of the unit because they will not be retrieved. 4. You as the guest agree that you must be 25 years of age and older to book unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. You as the guest agree you will be responsible for any damage done to the condo over and above normal wear and tear, including any cost to replace lost or stolen property. 6. You as the guest agree the maximum number of guests allowed is () people unless approved in writing by the owner in advance of the stay. 7. You as the guest agree to comply with any and all resort rules, amenity rules, and water regulations and are required to pay any fees incurred as a violation of resort rules. 8. You as the guest agree that the hosts assume no risk or liability for guests' use of any resort amenities or facilities. 9. You as the guest agree to retrieve the parking pass and pool pass located inside the unit and follow all posted parking and community instructions. You agree that any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines and towing fees are solely your responsibility. Note: Parking and pool passes are provided inside the unit and do not require front desk check-in. 10. You as the guest agree to follow the check in and check out dates on the booking platform where the reservation was created. 11. You as the guest agree not to sublet the property. 12. You as the guest agree to respect the rights of the surrounding property owners and other guests. Please be respectful and careful not to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Quiet hours start at 11 PM and noise should be kept to a minimum. 13. You as the guest agree not to use Fireworks and other hazardous materials in or around the property. 14. You as the guest agree not to access the owner’s closet or owner’s chest, even if unlocked, which may contain cleaning supplies and chemicals that could be hazardous to children and adults. 15. You as the guest agree to use the property for legal purposes only according to local, state, and/or federal law. 16. You as the guest agree not to attempt to adjust the thermostat beyond the pre-programmed limits without written approval from the owner. Guests agreed to leave balcony doors and entryway doors closed at all times except when entering and exiting the balcony and/or unit. Guests understand that leaving balcony and unit doors open does damage to air conditioning units and property damage due to the salt air and humidity entering the condo. If balcony doors are left open, the guest agrees to pay a fine. 17. Please do not hang or drape clothing, linens, towels, decorative flags, etc from railings on the balcony or over outside furniture. Please do not use balconies as storage areas and keep them clean and tidy at all times. You as the guest agree to a fine in the event this rule is not followed. 18. You as the guest agree to show proper and valid Identification and credit card used along with signature to verify identity and for fraud prevention. Guests understand we may ask for this via email or text message. 19. You as the guest agree to return the parking and/or pool access passes provided prior to your departure. Guest agrees that failure to return any of these passes will result in a fine of $100. 20. You as the guest agree that your stay, at the option of the host, may be terminated immediately if any of the rules outlined above are violated. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. Guests will have full, private access to the entire top-floor 2BR/2BA condo located in the quiet Magnolia Pointe / Myrtlewood area. The building has elevator access, making arrival easy and stair-free. You’ll also enjoy access to 7 outdoor community pools (seasonal), along with landscaped grounds throughout the community. Free parking is available directly in front of the building for one to two vehicles. This is a self check-in stay, and the home is part of a peaceful residential community—perfect for families, golf groups, snowbirds, and longer off-season stays.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to stay at Yanick's property. The unit was VERY clean and was well stocked with all supplies we needed. The furniture was perfect for what we needed and some mornings I woke up feeling like I was in my own bed the king bed was so comfortable. After playing four rounds of golf in four days it was lovely to have a comfortable mattress. Sitting out on the deck enjoying the sun was one of our favorite parts of the day. The parking was plentiful for our rental car and the neighbors were very friendly. The unit had most kitchen supplies that you would need for a vacation (there was a Keurig & traditional coffee pot - with filters). The air worked great for heating and cooling and unlike a lot of units I've stayed in, this one had cable, so we were able to catch hockey games on tv when relaxing. Yanick was extremely accommodating and responsive to all of my messages. I look forward to booking this unit again in the future when we travel!

Our stay was wonderful! Unit was clean and presented exactly as expected. Unit was well stocked and offered plenty of room for our party of 4. Yanick was very responsive with the few questions we had. I will reach out to stay in his units again on our next visit!
