Host was very attentive and checkin process was ideal. The home itself, words can’t describe how the open layout made for breathable room for my family and kids. The pools were amazing and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. I would definitely stay again!

The property itself is very beautiful and well kept. Loved the fact that I could be on the top floor without having to lug all my stuff up those steps, having the elevator was awesome! The beds are really nice! super comfortable. The bed by the window brought a whole new experience to our vacation. The balcony was huge and had lots of seating for all of us. The couches were also very comfortable. Nice big TV in the living room to enjoy those lazy days. The grounds were just absolutely breathtaking! palm trees everywhere and I could watch people play golf. I loved having the washer and dryer in our room for all of those wet pool and beach clothes! Game changer!!! The area seems very quiet, but not too quiet where you don't hear anything and have to worry about the HOA police calling the real police on you-- LOL... Loved how we could make two turns and then a straight shot down the street, five minutes to the beach. The walk-in closet made me feel like Barbie. It was lovely. The dishes selection was ok. They allowed us to check-in an hour early with no fee, this was nice. I didn't like the fact that I was lied to! The beautiful pictures that you see in the gallery of the indoor pool and hot tubs, wasn't available to use "because we booked through a 3rd party", but yet they are advertised as being part of this reservation. I even chatted with the host before my stay in which they confirmed that even though the indoor pool wasn't listed in the description, it was indeed available for use. Once we got there, turns out it was not available to those who didn't book direct. This was the literal reason I chose this place was for the indoor pool for my child! This kind of put a damper on our vacation, and I didn't even get to get in the hot tub during my vacation :( which sucked!! Also, once I was going to check-in, I was also surprised with an additional $49 non-refundable fee that is LISTED NOWHERE on Booking.com. The frying pan in this room desperately needs to be replaced, it is hanging on! The refrigerator leaks water something terrible when you try to turn the ice maker on. Still leaks a little without the ice maker on. Also, the room could use a pizza cutter.
