I had the most amazing stay here celebrating my birthday with my family. This trip meant a lot to me, and having a space that was comfortable, clean, and welcoming made it even more special. Everything was just as described (if not better), and it truly felt like a home away from home. Being able to spend quality time together in such a peaceful and beautiful setting is something I’ll always cherish. The host was also incredibly kind and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for the memories we were able to create here. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful, relaxing getaway.

Andrew was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone and would love to come and stay there again. Broadway and the beach are within 10 minutes of the place and it is very peaceful.

This place was remarkable. Everything was as described. I would definitely recommend this as an awesome place to stay. Beach, attractions, restaurants were not far away. Pool access was great.

The property itself is very beautiful and well kept. Loved the fact that I could be on the top floor without having to lug all my stuff up those steps, having the elevator was awesome! The beds are really nice! super comfortable. The bed by the window brought a whole new experience to our vacation. The balcony was huge and had lots of seating for all of us. The couches were also very comfortable. Nice big TV in the living room to enjoy those lazy days. The grounds were just absolutely breathtaking! palm trees everywhere and I could watch people play golf. I loved having the washer and dryer in our room for all of those wet pool and beach clothes! Game changer!!! The area seems very quiet, but not too quiet where you don't hear anything and have to worry about the HOA police calling the real police on you-- LOL... Loved how we could make two turns and then a straight shot down the street, five minutes to the beach. The walk-in closet made me feel like Barbie. It was lovely. The dishes selection was ok. They allowed us to check-in an hour early with no fee, this was nice. I didn't like the fact that I was lied to! The beautiful pictures that you see in the gallery of the indoor pool and hot tubs, wasn't available to use "because we booked through a 3rd party", but yet they are advertised as being part of this reservation. I even chatted with the host before my stay in which they confirmed that even though the indoor pool wasn't listed in the description, it was indeed available for use. Once we got there, turns out it was not available to those who didn't book direct. This was the literal reason I chose this place was for the indoor pool for my child! This kind of put a damper on our vacation, and I didn't even get to get in the hot tub during my vacation :( which sucked!! Also, once I was going to check-in, I was also surprised with an additional $49 non-refundable fee that is LISTED NOWHERE on Booking.com. The frying pan in this room desperately needs to be replaced, it is hanging on! The refrigerator leaks water something terrible when you try to turn the ice maker on. Still leaks a little without the ice maker on. Also, the room could use a pizza cutter.

If you are looking for nice area comfortable clean peaceful area relaxing home this is the house I felt very relax as if I didn’t leave my own home Thanks Mr Andrew surely I would like to visit again in soon

200/10!! Asides from getting use to finding my building, Andrew’s place was simply AMAZING!! It was clean, neat, and felt just like Home. The communication was top tier and the location to activities was insane ( wax museum , water parks, shopping galore, great options for food, and plenty to do— just not enough time. There are a few rules ( taking out your trash etc..) but we were ok with all of them— keeping in mind, it is someone’s Home❤️. Thanks for great communication and a clean and pleasant stay!! Andrew was a awesome host. His customer service exceeded my expectations. Everything was cleaned and nice during our stay. My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if we are in the area again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this little beach getaway! The community had so many pools, with one just a short walk away…which we loved. There was plenty of space for our girls weekend, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming. Andrew was an excellent and very responsive host. We’d definitely stay here again!

I love this property, its out of the way of all the tourists but still close enough to get anywhere you need. The pond is beautiful and we enjoyed warching the fish swim around in the morning, We didnt get to explore the pool this time but we will be back. Andrew was very helpful and kind, always responds really quickly. Definitely would recommend him anytime
